About Dr. Rhonda Nelson

Dr. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, a Master of Education degree, and a PhD in Educational Psychology. A lifelong learner, she always looks to make a difference.

Dr. Nelson sought added training in coaching due to her powerful desire to have the depth and breadth of knowledge needed to guide the agency she works with toward, and within, an uncertain future. She saw the profound transformative effect of that learning, and while she continues to serve in her role of Executive Director, she is now expanding her impact by offering coaching services to individuals outside of her day-to-day agency work.

She believes coaching is not simply about achieving goals – it is about cultivating insight, self-reliance, and self-belief. In her coaching practice, outside of her current work, she extends that to you. With every insight and breakthrough, you – the client – gain the power to shape your future.

Your personal evolution is your greatest strength. The more you learn, adapt, and expand your perspective, the more powerful you become in creating the life you want. Coaching guides you from where you are to where you want to be.
